Whether you're running your first mile or chasing a new personal best, HIIT&RUN CLUB is for every pace and every fitness level.

Every Wednesday, Coach Chris leads the group through a HIIT circuit designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence during our route—helping you become stronger while reducing the risk of injury.

We finish every session back at Roast & C.R.E.A.M. to recover, & connect.

Backpacks to the Future

A Community Backpack Drive by Roast & C.R.E.A.M.

At Roast & C.R.E.A.M., we believe every student deserves to begin the school year feeling prepared, confident, and supported.

Backpacks to the Future is our annual community backpack drive dedicated to providing local students with the essential school supplies they need to start the school year with confidence.

This year, our goal is to equip 150 local students with a complete Back to School Starter Kit through the generosity of our customers, local businesses, and community partners.

Together, we can help remove one barrier for families and ensure more students walk into their classrooms ready to learn.

How You Can Help

Sponsor a Student — $40

A $40 sponsorship provides one complete Back to School Starter Kit for one local student.

Every sponsorship goes directly toward purchasing the supplies needed to prepare a student for their first day of school.

Sponsor one student or sponsor as many as you'd like.

Donate School Supplies

We're accepting brand-new school supplies, including:

  • Backpacks (solid colors preferred)

  • Composition Notebooks

  • Two-Pocket Folders

  • #2 Pencils

  • Glue Sticks

  • 24-Count Crayons

  • Pencil Pouches

To help us distribute supplies fairly and efficiently, we kindly ask that donated items be:

  • Brand new and unused

  • Solid colors whenever possible

  • Free of licensed characters or busy patterns

If shopping in person isn't convenient, you can also purchase supplies directly from our [Amazon Registry], and they'll be shipped straight to us.
